La Bistro is the latest culinary venture from Seleste Tan and Mogan Anthony, the husband-and-wife team behind the acclaimed Lady Wong pâtisserie, which was awarded Best Bakery of 2022 by Eater NY. While Lady Wong showcases French pastry with tropical and Asian-inspired flavors, La Bistro blends their signature French-American influences with a fresh take on American classics, creating a refined yet approachable dining experience.

Seleste and Mogan bring over two decades of combined expertise from some of the world’s most iconic kitchens, including the three Michelin-starred Jean Georges, Nobu, Perry Street, Spice Market, WD~50, the James Beard House, Four Seasons, and Shangri-La.

Their shared journey reflects a deep passion for culinary innovation, flavor, and artistry.
